Training and Certification Classes
Global Chef Syd offers two training courses with Serve Safe, The Food Handler course and the Food Manager course.
The Food Handler course is an one day course up to 8 hours. The Food Manager course, a 2 day class up to 5 hours long.

Pricing
The Food Handler course is $75.00 per person.
This includes my fee and the books/answer sheets.
The Food Manager course is $175.00 per person and that will include all materials, supplies and my fees.
