Chef Sydney has always been a community connection in all of her restaurants. She takes it very seriously and has a passion in bridging the special needs community that are developmentally disabled into the working world. She has supported individuals with developmental disabilities in her former restaurants, granting them the ability to work in the hospitality field. Chef Syd's goal is to be able to hire individuals, with development disabilities, under Global Chef Syd to help with catering opportunities to intergrade the special needs population in the hospitality/food service field.

The mission of Global Chef Syd is to feed your soul with familiarities from recipes you have had growing up. Global Chef Syd's is of service and acts of love through food and community supports.

Global Chef Syd's vision is more than just food, it is about bridging the gaps of homecooked meals and the healing of your spirit. Global Chef Syd is a company that expands it's love for food through teaching and being a community support to developmentally disabled adults. Chef Syd believes food connects all of us, it is a universal language of love.
